These Terms and Conditions only apply to Appointments and Bookings. Additional Terms will be viewed and accepted at the time our customer order form is filled out and signed.
Appointment times are tentative and not guaranteed until accepted by Batson Photography and the client. A payment may be required to secure the date and time. Once an appointment time slot is accepted by Batson Photography and payment is made, the payment is non-refundable. However, payments made to set an appointment may be used for another date and time and/or credited to our products and services. Advanced Payment to hold an appointment date and time is estimated for the photographer's time to cover the session or event. When your appointment is confirmed with payment, your time slot is reserved specifically for you. We do not double book. A minimum of 24 Hours notice is requested for all appointment cancellations or changes.
After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.
Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
